Mr. Ferenc Balogh, who is a member of the violin section of
the Haydn Orchestra, is a Hungarian whose family came from Transylvania. He is also active
as the leader of the Hungarian National Philharmonic Orchestra. He also participates in
chamber music ensemble. As the second violin of the New Budapest Quartet, he performs in
many of world famous concert halls.
He is a very cosmopolitan person and speaks Hungarian, English and French, and
understands German.
