Judit Peteri - Harpsichord

Judit Peteri

Without a harpsichord, Haydn's Oratorios like "The Creation" or "The Seasons" cannot be performed. Mrs. Judit Péteri, harpsichord player of the Haydn Orchestra is one of best keyboard players representing Hungary with many international appearances. Not only performing, she studied musicology. Her musical activities are very varied. She teaches music and she is one of the acknowledged critics in the Hungarian music scene. She is also involved in the classical music magazines and often contributes articles.

After had an interview with Adam for a magazine, she became a member of Haydn Orchestra with "The Creation" in 1992.

Since Adam does not use the harpsichord for symphonies, she does not travel with the orchestra so often. This year she is very much looking forward to visit London and New York with "The Seasons" performance.
