Adam and Aron Fischer Charity Cooking

Adam Fischer Cooking Hangover soupDuring the festival, Adam Fischer was very busy with rehearsals and performances. However, he and his son Aron cooked for charity on September 18. With the assistance of the restaurant “Zum Eder”, they each cooked their favorite recipe, and compete with each other.

Aron Fischer Crushing spiceThe entrée by Adam was “Hangover soup” which was introduced No. 19 of Barátom.  It was the soup with enough volume for an entrée with  vinegar and sour cream.
Aron Fischer's dish was “Vegetable Curry” with yellow spicy rice and vegetable curry sauce.  That was a masterpiece with many spices from all over the world.  In order to get them, Aron went to the Nashmarkt in Vienna and crushed the spices himself.

The guests who visited “Zum Eder” - including Cecilia Bartoli and family - ate the special menu with great relish and both dishes were soon gone  Both were so good that no one could decide which was better.  Benefit of this event was about 5000 Schillings donated to the Association of Children’s Disease.  By the way, we will report the recipe of Aron’s vegetable curry as soon as we get the detailed information from him.
